On behalf of the company, this phone has been introduced on 64 GB of internal storage with 4 GB RAM. The phone's storage can be increased to 256 GB via microSD card. M7 is powered by Android and runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 chipset with 1.4GHz Octa Core processor.
