BASIS has developed an app about Bangabandhu Satellite

The country's first artificial satellite Bangabandhu-1 satellite was launched in space on Friday night. A mobile phone application has been created to tell everything in the satellite. It has been created by the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS). This information was found in BASIS sources.

The name of the app is 'BASIS BB-SAT-1'. Call, Telecommunication and Information Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar will inaugurate the app in the conference hall of the Computer Council (BCC) at the capital city of Agargaon on Monday.

According to BASIS sources, with the help of the app, details of various topics including Bangabandhu satellite-1, its location, performance, benefits and details can be known. The app can be found in Google Play Store.

Note that on Wednesday night, Bangabandhu Satellite-1 was launched from Florida's Space Station in America. After the launch of Bangabandhu Satellite-1, telemetry signals from the satellite are available at Ground Station Gazipur. But the station is not able to send telecommunication to this satellite. It will take 8 to 12 days to send it. Telemetry and telecommunication will be run in parallel within a few days after reaching the height of 119.11 degrees in space, 35,786 kilometers above. These days the Satellite's manufacturer will have control over it. After this, the responsibility of controlling its control will be explained to engineers of Gazipur and Betubunia.
