Galaxy Note 9 to have Snapdragon 845 chip and 6GB RAM, benchmark test

Galaxy Note 9 with model number “Samsung SM-N960U” has surfaced on Geekbench website with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 845 chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM.
The device showed a multi-core benchmark score of 8806, and a single-core score of 2190. The multi-core and single-core scores that Geekbench gives to show how well the device performs are similar to the SD845-powered Galaxy S9 but lower than the Exynos 9810-powered version.

As the predecessor of Note 9, the Galaxy Note 8 was released with a model number SM-N950, SM-N960U of Note 9 hints towards a variant headed to the US market. It’s not hard to deduce that Samsung is hard at work on Note 9.

As the smartphone is likely to make its debut somewhere near September
