People often complain about their phones running out of internal memory. Even if you put in an SD card, by default, Android does not use the SD card for downloading files / taking pictures / installing apps etc. If you don't take the following steps, eventually your phone will run out of internal storage, and then you won't be able to install new apps, download new files or take new pictures/videos.
常聽到有人說他們的安卓手機內部空間不夠。就算你装了SD卡，安卓系统的预设设定是不会把照片，影片，下载的档案或APP存到SD卡上的。如果你不做以下的步骤，你的手机的内部空间没了后，手机就无法下载App或者照相。
Here are some things you need to do to free the internal storage on your phone.
你要清空内部储存空间应该做的事有:
Clear the downloads folder. 清理档案下载文件文件夹。
You probably thought clearing the download history will delete the downloaded files as well. Unfortunately it doesn't. The files still exist.
如果你以为清理档案的下载历史纪录，会把档案也一起清除。其实不会。这些档案还是存在。
Every time you use your browser to look at a PDF file, for example, it gets downloaded into the downloads folder. This folder by default is located in the internal memory, so it doesn't matter how big your SD card is, your internal storage will still fill up. We will now find this folder and delete the contents.
举例来说，你每次用手机看一个PDF档，手机就会把它下载到一个文件夹里。这个文件夹的位置预设在内部储存空间内，所以不管你的SD卡有多大，你的内部空间还是会变满。我们现在就要找到这个文件夹，把里面的东西删了。
Step 1: Click on "My Files" on your home screen.
第一步: 在手机桌面上按 "我的文件"
Step 2: Click on "Device storage". NOTE: DO NOT click on Download history, this does not clear downloads.
第二步: 按设备存储。请注意: 不要 按到下载历史纪录，这个不会把下载的档案清掉。
Step 3: Scroll down until you find a folder called "Download". Click on that folder.
第三步: 往下滑到"Download"文件夹。按这个文件夹。
Step 4: You will now see all the files you've downloaded previously. Long press on one of the files to bring up the check-boxes.
第四步: 你可以看到你以前下载过的档案。按住一个档案，直到复选框跳出来。
Step 5: Check each of the boxes individually, or just check the box at the top left to check all files, and click the rubbish bin to delete the files.
第五步: 把你要删的选起来，或是按左上角的选框可以把所有的档案选起来，然后再按垃圾桶把档案删了。
Confirm deletion by clicking "DELETE", and now you have no downloaded files! yay. I cleared 500MB doing this! (if you have never done it before, you might even save a few GBs).
确定你要删这些档案，按"删除"。现在你没有下载过的档案存在手机上了，耶! 我因为这样清了500MB。(如果你从来没做过这个，你可能清了几GB)
Change the default storage location of your camera to your SD card. 把相机储存影像的文件夹位置改到SD卡上。
By default, the camera will store the photos and videos you take onto your internal storage. This is how you change it to store them externally onto your SD card.
你的手机预设值是把储存照片和影片的文件夹放在内部储存空间上。这里我们会教你怎么把这个位置设定到SD卡上。
Step 1: From the home screen, click the Camera app to go into camera.
第一步: 手机桌面上按照相机图标进到相机内。
Step 2: Click setting icon at top left.
第二步: 按左上角的设定图标。
Step 3: Scroll down until you see "Storage Location". Click on it.
第三步: 下滑到储存位置。按这个。
Step 4: Click on "memory card".
第四部: 按存储卡。
You will now see the icon is updated to "Storage location Memory Card". Press the back button on your phone to exit the menu and take photos.
你会看到这个图标下面写的字变成存储位置储存卡。长按手机后退按钮离开这个菜单，然后继续照相。
However, the old photos / videos you have taken with your camera is still on your internal storage. This is how you move them to external storage.
但是，你之前照的照片，还是存在内部储存空间上。现在我们要把这些档案移到SD卡上。
Step 5: Go to "My Files" from your home screen.
第五步: 在手机桌面上按 "我的文件"。
Step 6: If you cannot see this screen, keep clicking the back button until you see this screen. Then click "Device Storage".
第六步: 如果看不到这一个画面，重复按后退按钮直到看到这个画面，然后选择设备存储。
Step 7: Scroll down to DCIM. click on DCIM.
第七步: 下滑到DCIM。按DCIM。
Step 8: Click on Camera.
第八步: 按Camera。
Step 9: Long press on one of the files to open up select boxes. Select all files by checking box on top left.
第九步: 长按其中一个档案把复选框叫出来，再按左上角的复选框，就可以把所有的档案复选。
Step 10: Click the 3 dots on the top right to bring up action menu.
第十步: 按右上角的三个点，把动作菜单叫出来。
Step 11: Select Move.
第十一步: 选择移动。
Step 12: Now we're going to move the photos and videos to the SD card. So click on SD card.
第十二步: 现在我们要把影像档案移动到SD卡上。所以按SD卡。
Step 13: Scroll down to DCIM. Click DCIM.
第十三步: 下滑到DCIM。按DCIM。
Step 14: Click Camera.
第十四步: 按Camera。
Step 15: Click "Move Here" on the top right.
第十五步: 在右上角上按 "移动到这里"。
Congrats, now you have moved all your photos and videos to your SD card, so they won't be taking up any space on your internal storage.
恭喜，现在你把所有的照片跟影片移到SD卡上了，所以它们不会占用你的内部储存空间。
