I gotta say, I'm getting a little annoyed with how difficult it is to skin/customize Windows 10. Back in the day, I would alternate between Window Blinds and bblean depending on my mood and what I was doing. Now MS seems so damn intent on curating my experience that the only way to get windows to look close to the way I wanted was to turn on High Contrast then run a Powershell command to open a subsection of the old Personalization to manually change the color of the window decorations. Still can't change the font size and thickness of the title bars, though.
