Good evening steemians I just want to share to you a piece of art that we bought in the prison. This one was made by a prisoner, they are making like this and sell it for some income that even if they are inside of the prison they still need to earn money for their lovedones.
Sometimes other people judge them why they commit such crimes and they said its there fault why they are inside. But for me i pity them, not all of them did a bad thing, some of them do bad things for their family to live and some of them regreted what they have done. I was about to cry when we visited there because some of the prisoners are waiting near the gate hoping there loved ones will arrived.Sorry we are not allowed to take pictures and we are not allowed to bring phones. Way back 2015 we went there for a community service.
Some teachers went there to volunter in teaching the prisoners a livelihood programs which can help then to earn money even if they are inside. Many things like, making a swan using a used paper, a flower made of plastic bottles and many more. They sell it for a very low price. The price of this one is 500 pesos its quite expensive but look at the picture its all worth it. This one is a "alcansya", look at the picture below.
They maybe commit a sins but they already paying it inside the prison. Its very nice to see that they are doing there best to earn money for their family outside the prison. I am proud of them because despite of their failures they are trying to raise again and trying to change.
