The tittle is not really about travelers or traveling but rather used to illustrate concept. For example travelers illustrate a person or someone who is brave,decision maker, dare and can lead. Chaser on the other hand illustrates the type of person that is a good follower, high commitment and supportive. (This is just how i want to compare it with style) . 👍🏻Please, no hate 😊

The Travelers (leader) type

The one who we usually rely on to make a crucial decision. A traveler type need to be braver than anyone else but sometimes not because they want to, but because they have to 👍🏻. Usually in a group of people, a leader is choosen from the one who is dare,brave and smart in leading. When you have a perfect leader you will be a perfect team. There are many opportunities that this type of person can benefit from if they use it wisely. Lets see some example, in a football/soccer team a leader will be the one who can control the most. I mean not necessarily the distance but the one who can think faster and creative. You can say, a great team will be a literally a traveler on the field (attack more) while your opponent be the chaser (defend). However, this is just the way I interpreted things, you can always use your way

What good can a traveler (leader) be if there is no good chaser ( follower)? Definitely not good because every leader need supporter. The president need his ministry, a principle need teachers, a CEO need worker, a fire need wood and many more. Thus, lets move on to chaser (follower)

The chaser (follower)

A follower is someone who support leader. They are the kind of person who are actually have all the characteristics of a leader but they choose to follow. A leader make a decision from the choice that given by the supporters. Thus, this shows that the chaser type usually be doing all the heavy and important stuff at the early stage (crucial stage) for the leader to make a good decision in order to moving foward. Why do we follow? Well for me, because we know where we can contribute more. But dont get me wrong, because let me tell you this, before we lead we follow first so for me, every chaser will end up being a traveler sooner or later.

What i think is that all of us have both of this personality because, we are what we are in different situation. A father is a leader of their family and a CEO is a son/daughter of their parents (my choice of example. Take it ir leave it 😂👍🏻) so we all actually are both traveler and chaser 😎.
