This place is quite well known and it's very near Mount Kota Kinabalu. It's called 89 Station.
The menu
It's not cheap but still affordable and if you take your time to look at it, there's also ostrich meat somewhere there.
The interior is all wooden but adds to an experience. It's clean.
Wan tan hoe
This is a big plate of wan tan hoe. Basically, flat rice noodles with eggs and veges with gravy that covers everything.
Fried mushroom and rice.
This plate of mushroom feeds three. There isn't any smaller plates. I barely finished it.
This is what
It looks like from a closeup view. It's fried in a butter milk batter to add to its fragrance. There are other types of menu items that I plan to eat next time I visit this restaurant.
It's worth a visit if you do want to head off to the park. The scenic view of the area around Kundasang is definitely pruceless
