One of the cakes from Japan that I like is taiyaki.
Taiyaki is made from a flour mixture filled with anko (azuki beans that are boiled, mashed, and mixed with sugar) when baked with a special mold that looks like a fish.
Because of its shape which resembles a curried fish (tai), it is called "taiyaki". For the variant of the contents, you can choose which one you like according to the menu.
If I want to try the contents of red beans. It feels soft and delicious, blends with hot red beans when roasted.
For prices starting from IDR 8000 - IDR 18000 is not too expensive for this delicious cake.
The place of sale is located on the streets of Maluku, which is always crowded at night. Although only a small shop, but many who like taiyaki cakes because there is only 1 in Denpasar. This place is open from 10 am-10pm. If you like this Japanese cake, don't forget to stop by here.
