Taiyaki Cake

One of the cakes from Japan that I like is taiyaki.

Taiyaki is made from a flour mixture filled with anko (azuki beans that are boiled, mashed, and mixed with sugar) when baked with a special mold that looks like a fish.

Because of its shape which resembles a curried fish (tai), it is called "taiyaki". For the variant of the contents, you can choose which one you like according to the menu.
