THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS Character Inspired Tees - James Bond 007

These are the final tees for solo Bond, however, there are plans to add his love interest, Kara Milovy. Her character is so pure and innocently portrayed by Maryam D'abo that it brings me to tears in a couple of key scenes.

SMIERT SPIONOM DEACTIVATED

The reason I decided on SMIERT SPIONOM DEACTIVATED for the slogan is the threat James Bond had to deal with. 'Death to spies', a KGB program during Stalin's days which was allegedly re-enacted with British and American agents targeted--including 007.

The two scenes where Bond deals with SMIERT SPIONOM head on are explosive. One involving a throbbing red balloon and the other, featured in our tees when 007 interrogates General Pushkin in his hotel room.

I ONLY KILL PROFESSIONALS.

This line is the second half of Bond's outburst when criticized and threatened by his associate for not taking out his mark: Kara Milovy. "STUFF MY ORDERS! I ONLY KILL PROFESSIONALS, he barked. Epic to say the least!
Who could deliver a line like that and give it credibility through his voice and steely gaze? Roger Moore? Pierce Brosnan? Probably, Daniel Craig... I would guess. Only because his 007 is a similar version of Timothy Dalton's darker and dangerous Bond.

On a final note: After Kara Milovy is drawn, the next THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS character to be added is Necros. He is quite memorable. Throwing exploding milk bottles doesn't get any fresher than that! And the fight on the back of the plane dangling on the netted cargo, really takes the cake!

I don't know when I'll be starting on these characters... really do hope it's in Q1 as I have a long list of characters to do and archive.
But, most definitely after TLD characters are completed, I'll go on to do LICENSED TO KILL, the second 007 and final outing for Timothy Dalton.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by for a read, it's always a pleasure to share my works.
