Sundays are always looked forward to at this time of year as not only the 'day of rest' but also an action packed day of Supercross racing! wo0ho0!

So this weekend we have the first of the Triple Crown events in the 2020 Monster Energy Supercross series and the first to host them im Glendale. These events are a break from the usual Heat races, LCQ and Main event format and instead we have three shorter main event sprint races where the lowest points win. One point for first place, two for second etc. The riders have to make sure they not only get out the gate fast but keep that pace up and then come back and do it again!
