Saying goodbye to my French friend Elodie

What good is a beautiful beach without a friend to enjoy it with? ๐Ÿ–
What good is delicious food without someone to eat it with? ๐Ÿ•
What good is a night of debauchery and drinking without people to get hammered with? ๐Ÿฅƒ
Traveling, like everything else, is better when you do it with other people ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ
In fact, the best part about going to different countries ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ช๐ŸŽŒ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฆis the people you meet.
When you're on the road, you often find yourself spending time โฐ with people you probably wouldn't spend time with in your home country ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
But occasionally the opposite happens ๐Ÿค”
You'll meet some and hit it off immediately โšก๏ธโšก๏ธ
Somehow, you know that even when the high of traveling ends, you'll stay in touch ๐Ÿ“ž with this person.
You don't want to leave ๐Ÿ˜ข and you don't want them to, either.
But that's what life is like when you're on the road โœˆ๏ธ
It's that process - falling in love with new people ๐Ÿ’™ and getting heartbroken ๐Ÿ’” when they leave - that's so addictive ๐Ÿ’Š๐Ÿ’‰
Not the beaches, not the food, not the partying.
Good luck in Australia, @elodie_masselaert
Maybe I'll see you again someday...
And next time don't lose your fucking passport like a space cadet so we can chill ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฅ
