US President Donald Trump has said that good talks have been held with Russia's leader Vladimir Putin at the Asia-Pacific Summit held in Vietnam.
According to the BBC, Trump said in a tweet that there was no formal bilateral talks between the two leaders during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. However, they were discussed in some of the surrounding events. They talk about the allegation of interference in Syria and the Russian elections in the US elections. Trump claims that Putin said he did not make any mediation in the election.
In a tweet, Trump said, when anomalous and fools can understand the relationship with Russia is good for the United States. Not bad. They always play harmful political game for the country. I want to curb terrorism in North Korea, Syria, Ukraine. And in Russia it can help
Trump has defeated US Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in the last election. He said that the allegations against Russia's intervention in the elections were a blow to democracy. Trump further complained that Putin had a shortage of communication with Barack Obama.
The relations between the United States and Russia are always tense. There are allegations about Russian intervention in the US elections. Further, Ukraine and Georgia have a hand in elections.
