AN IDEA ON HOW WE CAN DE - STRESS OURSELF
There are numerous ways to destreess ourself
One best way to do is to go on holiday!
But what about if you cannot afford a holiday?
Here is my other way of destressing myself.
A foot massage can be a relaxing moment with your body and soul.
To me, I love foot massage because I do not have to remove my clothes.
No, I do not go for a 5 star foot massage. I go for cheap and good.
Foot massage relaxes your being from head to toe by just massaging around your foot.
WHEN OUR FOOT IS BEING MASSAGE, IT DELIVERS GOODNESS TO:
- head and brain
- teeth and sinuses
- eye
- ear
- armpit
- ascending colon
- small intestine
- leg knee
- sciatic nerve
- kidney
- lower back
- cervical spine
and many more body parts
THAT WILL THEN GIVE US A
- BLOOD CIRCULATION
- IT RELAXES US
- WE CAN HAVE A BETTER SLEEP
- MOSTLY, IT GETS RID OF THAT STRESS .. yes, that stress you currently having right now
Life is too short, besides, it is Friday.. It is time to relax.
