We in South Africa, and other developing countries, are not as fortunate when it comes to earning money and saving by using couponing, surveys and microtasks. But there are a few ways to earn a few bucks or just make your money go further. Today I will briefly discuss the first of three ways which I find useful. It will not make you rich or earn you enough to survive from, but every cent helps.
First up: Streetbees
Streetbees is available in 87countries, including the UK, South Africa, Iran, Russia and Indonesia.
It's an app for Android and iOS devices which allows you to complete surveys in exchange for money. Your earnings are paid into your paypal account which makes this option lucrative if you want to buy from online stores.
There aren't that many surveys and the app uses your location to match surveys that are applicable to you. The payouts are normally around R15 (in the region of $1). It is also awesome to not get spammed by pop up ads all the time while you're completing surveys. On average, each survey contains around 15-20 questions. Payouts normally occur within a day.
