On April 5, 1998, in Cúa Miranda state, Venezuela, there would be an event that shocked the citizens and the rest of the country, where a kidnapping situation occurred, where two people were injured and one was killed. It all started early Sunday, with the attempted robbery of a bakery, the thief was introduced to a nearby department where I take a woman hostage, after an exchange of shots with the municipal police. The thief reportedly shot one of the lady's children, and kept a pistol on the lady's head while threatening to kill her.
The local police made a fence, had the thief surrounded, the same began to ask to be let go, to provide a car to escape and to open the police fence, or else, this would kill the lady. Late in the afternoon the thief, nervous to see himself completely surrounded, was neglected. This I take advantage of a sniper, which I point right in the eyes of this so as to avoid any reflex of palmar grasp, which could bring about as a consequence to pull the trigger of that weapon aimed at the woman. In the next few minutes, a shot was heard, the offender calo and the woman remained healthy and saved, thanks to the precision of this official. Besides the shot is the report that was made at that time of the situation. Years later this video is used worldwide in different schools of snipers, where they exemplify this type of clean shots, to teach their students how to shoot without compromising the life of a possible hostage.
Something very curious happened some time later, I live in an urbanization, specifically in the 6th street, just in the street above, the sniper who shot him that subject in 1998 who already belonged to the then known special forces Like BAE, I have not had the opportunity to talk to him, I do not even know if he lives there, but I have friends who saw him and he tells the story over and over again.

El tiro de gracias (historia de un sniper)
El 5 de abril de 1998, en Cúa estado miranda, Venezuela, habría un suceso que conmociono a los ciudadanos y al resto del país, donde huno una situación de secuestro, donde resultaron heridos dos personas y una muerta. Todo comenzó a tempranas horas del domingo, con el intento de robo de una panadería, el ladrón se introdujo aun departamento cercano donde tomo como rehén a una señora, luego de un intercambio de disparos con la policía municipal. El ladrón, según reportes, le habría disparado a uno de los hijos de la señora, el mismo mantenía una pistola en la cabeza de la señora mientras amenazaba con matarla.
La policía local realizo un cerco, tenia al ladrón rodeado, el mismo comenzó a pedir que lo dejaran ir, que le facilitaran un carro para escapar y que abrieran el cerco policial, porque si no, este mataría a la señora. Ya transcurriendo la tarde el ladrón, nervioso al verse totalmente rodeado, se descuido. Esto lo aprovecho un francotirador, el cual apunto justo al ojos de este para así evitar cualquier reflejo de prensión palmar, el cual pudiera traer como consecuencia apretar el gatillo de aquel arma que apuntaba a la mujer. En los minutos siguientes, se escucho un disparo, el delincuente callo y la mujer quedo sana y salva, gracias a la precisión de este funcionario. Ademas del disparo esta el reportaje que se hizo en aquel entonces de la situación. Años después este vídeo es usado a nivel mundial en distintas escuelas de francotiradores, donde ponen de ejemplo este tipo de disparos limpios, para enseñarles a sus estudiantes como se dispara sin comprometer la vida de un posible rehén.
Paso algo muy curioso tiempo después, yo vivo en una urbanización, específicamente en la calle 6, justo en la calle de arriba vive, ya retirado, el francotirador que le disparo aquel sujeto en 1998 el cual pertenecía a las fuerzas especiales de aquel entonces conocidas como B.A.E, no he tenido la oportunidad de hablar con el, es mas aun no se si el siga viviendo ahí, pero tengo amigos que si lo vieron y el les cuenta la historia una y otra vez.
