one of the most prescriptive of human rights is Universality
Universal human rights theory holds that human rights apply to everyone simply by virtue of their being human so Human rights hold universal values which should be adopted by states worldwide.
But Rights are certainly not universally-applied today, with oppression, torture and various atrocities committed in many parts of the world.
I don’t belive in the universality of the human rights without cultural exchanges that It is clear civil society will play a fundamental role in promoting and protecting human rights by incorporating cross-cultural perspectives.for the human rights
If the international community maintains a positive, critical role and domestic pushes for human rights are legitimized by international law, human rights have the potential to be universal.
