Cubo de colores
Hola compañeros de hive, después de armar el cubo con Marcelo (del cual ya hice un post), nos embarcamos en un proyecto que, a simple vista, parecía una tarea sencilla: pintar el metro cúbico. Sin embargo, con el liderazgo y la visión de Marcelo, este proyecto tomó una dimensión mucho más profunda y significativa.
En medio del bullicio del taller, nuestro proyecto del metro cúbico estaba tomando forma y color. Marcelo, siempre entusiasta y lleno de ideas, decidió llevar el cubo a la fierrera para darle los toques finales con una explosión de colores. No había nada de malo en ello; simplemente quería que cada toque de color tuviera el ambiente y la libertad que solo ese espacio podría ofrecer. Sin embargo, la decisión de Marcelo no fue bien recibida por todos.
Mientras Marcelo estaba concentrado en darle vida al cubo, un grupo de colegas, quizás un poco preocupados por la mezcla de colores, el olor y la elección del lugar, decidió que era hora de intervenir. El ambiente en la fierrera no es el más convencional para trabajos artísticos, y con un tono de preocupación, nos hicieron saber que tal vez no era el lugar adecuado para nuestra obra.
Lo hicimos en dos partes , la primera mitad en un salon y la ultima mitad en la fierrera
Marcelo, con su habitual calma y una sonrisa serena, escuchó las críticas sin inmutarse. No se dejó llevar por la molestia ni la frustración; en lugar de eso, mostró una paciencia que solo los grandes líderes poseen. Con una voz tranquila, explicó que el cubo necesitaba ese ambiente crudo y auténtico para poder florecer en todo su esplendor. "A veces, lo más creativo surge en los lugares menos esperados", dijo, y continuó pintando con la misma pasión y dedicación.
Mientras Marcelo seguía con su trabajo, algo curioso empezó a suceder. La tensión en el taller se desvaneció y la gente comenzó a acercarse(hasta paco), no para criticar, sino para observar. La fierrera, con su mezcla de herramientas y materiales, se transformó en un escenario inesperado de creatividad. Los colores vibrantes del cubo contrastaban con el entorno metalizado, creando una escena surrealista que todos encontraban impactados.
Marcelo, con su habilidad para convertir obstáculos en oportunidades, demostró que el verdadero arte no conoce de lugares ni de normas. Logro convencer a todo el taller con su actitud serena y su capacidad para seguir adelante, sin perder la esencia de su visión, inspiraron a todos los presentes. Poco a poco, el taller se llenó de risas y aplausos, y la crítica inicial se convirtió en admiración.
Con el cubo ahora completamente pintado, sentimos que nuestro espacio de trabajo ha recibido una inyección de energía positiva. Este proyecto, liderado por Marcelo, no solo ha embellecido nuestro entorno, sino que también ha fortalecido nuestro espíritu de equipo y nos ha recordado la importancia de las pequeñas cosas.
Cada vez que miramos el cubo, vemos más que un objeto; vemos un símbolo de nuestra unidad, esfuerzo y creatividad. Y con esta nueva energía, estamos listos para enfrentar cualquier desafío que venga, sabiendo que, juntos, podemos transformar lo ordinario en algo extraordinario.

Color cube
Hello hive colleagues, after assembling the cube with Marcelo (about which I already made a post), we embarked on a project that, at first glance, seemed like a simple task: painting the cubic meter. However, with Marcelo's leadership and vision, this project took on a much deeper and more significant dimension.
In the midst of the bustle of the workshop, our cubic meter project was taking shape and color. Marcelo, always enthusiastic and full of ideas, decided to take the cube to the ironworks to give it the finishing touches with an explosion of colors. There was nothing wrong with it; I simply wanted each splash of color to have the ambiance and freedom that only that space could offer. However, Marcelo's decision was not well received by everyone.
While Marcelo and I were focused on bringing the cube to life, a group of colleagues, perhaps a little worried about the mix of colors, the smell and the choice of location, decided it was time to intervene. The environment in the iron factory is not the most conventional for artistic work, and with a tone of concern, they let us know that perhaps it was not the right place for our work.
Marcelo, with his usual calm and a serene smile, listened to the criticism without flinching. He did not give in to annoyance or frustration; Instead, he showed a patience that only great leaders possess. In a calm voice, he explained that the cube needed that raw and authentic environment in order to flourish in all its glory. "Sometimes the most creative things emerge in the least expected places," he said, and continued painting with the same passion and dedication.
While Marcelo continued with his work, something curious began to happen. The tension in the workshop faded and people began to approach (even Paco), not to criticize, but to observe. The ironworks, with its mix of tools and materials, became an unexpected setting for creativity. The vibrant colors of the cube contrasted with the metallic surroundings, creating a surreal scene that everyone found shocked.
Marcelo, with his ability to turn obstacles into opportunities, showed that true art knows no places or rules. He managed to convince the entire workshop with his serene attitude and his ability to move forward, without losing the essence of his vision, inspiring everyone present. Little by little, the workshop was filled with laughter and applause, and the initial criticism turned into admiration.
With the cube now fully painted, we feel like our workspace has received an injection of positive energy. This project, led by Marcelo, has not only beautified our environment, but has also strengthened our team spirit and reminded us of the importance of the little things.
Every time we look at the cube, we see more than an object; we see a symbol of our unity, effort and creativity. And with this new energy, we are ready to face any challenge that comes, knowing that, together, we can transform the ordinary into something extraordinary.
