Chevron is in court, defending themselves against lawsuits seeking damages for the effects of global warming: https://www.forbes.com/sites/legalnewsline/2018/03/21/chevron-says-climate-change-lawsuit-not-viable-as-it-prepares-to-tutor-judge-on-the-science/#1198300ccd47

The important part is not they are claiming they cannot be sued because it is the EPAs responsibility to regulate (newsflash that didn't help the tobacco industry when it was the FDAs responsibility). No, more importantly it was this:

Chevron’s attorneys, in a briefing with reporters, said they will rely on scientific reports by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which has concluded that “human influence on the climate system is clear, and recent anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases are the highest in history.”

Yup, that's right. They aren't even bothering to dispute it, they are just stating it as a fact. Humans cause climate change and emissions of greenhouse gases are the smoking gun... Uh huh.

You see deniers can deny all they want but when the facts becomes a point of law, game over pal, game over.
