Lacazatte became Arsenal's opening goal in the 20th minute. The young French striker broke into the post with a header after using a free-kick from Sanchez who was dumped by West Brom's goalkeeper, Ben Foster.
The second goal for Arsenal was created by Lacazette in the second half, Arsenal winning a penalty for right-back West Brom, Allan Nyom dropping Ramsey on the left in the 67th minute.
