I think it's safe to say, that you all know by now that I'm a sucker for "over-priced" silver from the Royal mint.
I started collecting the Peter Rabbit series back in 2016. The RM has released a set of 4 commemorative coins every year since and for FOMO I keep buying them......
They keep the mintage figure low(ish) in hopes that it will make them desirable. They went on sale yesterday (Tuesday 19/3/19) and so far have only sold 60% of the stock. This instantly tells. Me that this one is unlikely to make much profit, so I won't buy as many of these as I normally do.
They are selling for a little of RRP on ebay, but by the time you factor in ebay fees/PayPal fees and p&p costs, it's not worth the risk or effort.
What's funny is, you can still pick them up direct from the RM for only £65!! It's a strange old world.
I've had confirmation that my order was processed, so just waiting for the postman to knock on the door.
As soon as it arrives I'll get my collection out and get a group selfie.
