This is very true. Especially about the reward system - lost my motivation 'cause of this. I exhausted my brain thinking of quality contents to create and ended up not doing them because of the low reward. I was here to earn money honestly so my motivation plummeted so quickly after realizing it. Quality contents are only quality content for only 7 days, beyond that they are useless.
The best way to combat this is to never expect much reward (Don't think about money at all) and enjoy the platform while it is currently enjoyable. Don't put too much effort. Trivial and timely posts often get attention, so posting about what is currently trending is the key and give it a little twist.
