For the last couple of weeks we have been helping a group of people from other forums to enter the Steemit ecosystem
Some of them are already here ,learning how this world works , they have started posting, voting, resteeming ...
They usually struggle with the search system , is it not easy to find well organized documentation some times , many of them think that the PowerDown lasts 104 weeks as it was long ago
We think their experience would be better if they could have more SP, so p.e they could vote with a dynamic Voting Power (20% , 75% ...) , and in general they would get a taste of the voting power.
Going through this post from @neoxian and inspired by some comments from @hitmeasa
So, we think that we would like to do a test delegating on them more power.
We will give the lenders back a % on the curation reward generated.
We have to do some work on how to calculate this value, but we feel confident we can find a fair solution, and also we can learn and eventually have a functional market of this.
Feel free to share your ideas , this project is just starting and we appreciate any help or new ideas from other points of view
