If you are Steem Monsters palyer and you are waiting online for the next quest final countdown - at the end of the waitin' you will see this:
Hmm, and the issue is in "always manually refresh the page" mode.
What?
It needs to add auto-refresh the page, or the fragment with the Daily Quest become a new one.
