I think it's worth including the reason as to why the post was downvoted, seeing as this was stated at the time:
The text of the post totals 113 words, and so I can see why this person has reasons to think the post was over-valued.
Not all content will be 1000's of words, but as we have seen on Steem, short content with a high value can be demoralising to the community.
This is a current snapshot of the voters/amount:
pouchon, zeugen, and moyse are seemingly your accounts and account for about 40% of the value of the post, which is quite a lot imo.
Another thing which I would like to mention is the self-voting of comments across your accounts via yourself and your alts.
