Unity according to the Merriam Webster , is a state or quality of not being multiple, in other word, ONENESS!
What is COLLABORATION?
Collaboration is an act of unity, a situation where by two or more sets of individuals, unite to achieve a common goal.
Steemjet is made up of so many departments with multi-talented individuals called SPACEFORCE members.
These spaceforce members fly a jet called steemjet with remarkable ideas that are superb enough to rule the crypto world.
However, these spaceforce members are ranked according to their capabilities, ranging from SF1 to SF7. The ranking system has indeed brought about a widened gap amongst them and since more attention is given to the SF1 members by the SOLE FOUNDER AND CREATOR OF STEEMJET, the master mind and sponsor of steemjet which is @dimimp, Spaceforce members of lower ranks after being hired, tend to find if difficult to break through in the community of HIGHLY TALENTED individuals.

This now leads to a widened gap that demarcates the LOW CLASS members from the HIGH CLASS members, thereby resulting in envy and lack of collaboration or Unity amongst them.
The HIGH CLASS keeps getting steem bathed while the LOW CLASS struggles to get noticed. In steemjet, every spaceforce member is unique in his or her own way and should never be neglected for any reason.
This is why @desmoniac, a spaceforce member with the zeal for UNITY and togetherness in steemjet, after painstakingly contacting upto 70% of the entire spaceforce crew individually, had come up with this great initiative of Steemjetwelfare. An account that will table the indebt needs of spaceforce members before @dimimp and will carter for the needs of spaceforce members both online and offline.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF STEEMJETWELFARE
Steemjetwelfare is looking to create collaboration amongst spaceforce members by the synchronization of the various departments in steemjet.
Steemjetwelfare will be organizing steemjet offline meet-ups and conferences that will have at least 80% of spaceforce members in attendance and will foster unity, progress and collaboration amongst them.
Steemjetwelfare will close the gap between the LOW CLASS and HIGH CLASS spaceforce members.
Steemjetwelfare will have the genuine and basic welfare of spaceforce members as it's number one priority, such as hospital bills, weddings, birthdays, burials and others.
THE NEED TO ENHANCE UNITY, PROGRESS, INTEGRATION AND COLLABORATION AMONGST SPACEFORCE MEMBERS AND STEEMJETIANS AS A WHOLE HAS BIRTHED THE INITIATIVE BEHIND THE CREATION OF @steemjetwelfare
However, Steemjetwelfare seeks to be self-funding, so our boss @dimimp can attend to other pressing issues of steemjet while we the workers take care of ourselves with maximum organization.
ACHIEVABLE GOALS
@steemjetwelfare is hoping to bring back the fervor to each and every member of the spaceforce.
@steemjetwelfare will bring back the lost spaceforce members, members that have given up on steemjet because of lack of attention from dimimp.
@steemjetwelfare will bring back maximum ORGANIZATION to the steemjet community through its proposed conferences and meet-ups.
PROPOSAL
Since Steemjetwelfare seeks to be self-funding, we plead that dimimp will delegate some steem power to this account and fund the account with some steem to get started.
