This is awesome idea, I hope that you pull this out, if you do major success.
When I first started working on oDesk/UpWork was thinking how cool it would be to have everything on one site. Something like Facebook and UpWork combined, and steemit and blockchain could actually be the thing that I was missing back then ... Something to get direct payments from it!!!!!! This is great!!!!
