It is my great pleasure that the first Balkan Steemit School was opened today in the capital of Macedonia (Skopje). The point is that people learn how to achieve success on Steemit and trading options on stock exchanges. Today we have crossed several topics, what is Bitcoin, why new currencies have high growth potential, etc. The most important point is that people understand why Steemit is the best option for their success, why Steem is the best investment option. I plan that the training lasts for four weeks, that's enough time for new users to get the habit of working properly on Steemit. New users need to know all the possibilities and strategies of successful work, I plan to be their mentor until they achieve a sufficient level of success and earnings. Training is important, but practice and mentoring are even more important. I did not have a mentor on Steemit, the road I crossed was not easy. My first posts were without comments, my earnings per post were from 0 cents to 3 cents. New users need real support, motivation and inspiration, if they fall, we need to help them.
The education of people is the key to the development of Steemit and the influx of new users. The point is not just to give people information about what Steemit is, we need to educate them how to properly work and how to achieve success in the shortest possible time. Psychology of success is complex, excellent posts are not the main condition for the largest earnings. We need to learn how to sell ourselves, we are a brand that people recognize through our posts. Our value depends on the quality of our karktera and inpterpersonal intelligence - the establishment of excellent interpersonal communication represents 85% of success. At Steemit, we establish communication through commentary, if we write excellent comments that correspond to the pose, then we have a chance to get a reward for our post. If we persistently write comments to the same person, our honesty will bring us salaries in our posts, success is built with time and proper steps.
Imagine that there is one Steemit school in every country in the world, in every city. If you do not have enough money to invest in office and equipment, then join with users from your country and together make your first school. I would like people to recognize this idea as a great opportunity for themselves and their country. We are all one big family who gets new children every day. It's easy to be a preacher when you do not care about others, true leaders always go a step further, and this step is to open the door for all people who do not have a good standard of living. For me, real knowledge is the one that works in practice, the theory does not bring success, it remains only the ordinary spoken word. Anyone who wants to open up to help others gets the support of the universe and natural laws, which means he will receive a great reward for his honest work. I love more when people ask me to help a third person; they tell me they are not selfish and have a good heart.
Great success begins with small steps of faith. If we do not believe in ourselves then we have no power to achieve the right result. Optimism and the positive energy of enthusiasm unlock the door from success. We are happy because we live in a time that gives us a lot of information, jobs, knowledge. We have the opportunity to help ourselves and others to become financially independent. When you have money then it's much easier to be creative and relaxed. First you need to help yourself, when people see change and concrete indicators of your success then they begin to follow you. I asked myself one question twenty years ago, this question has led me to success and new in life - Do you want to live like a king or want to live like a dog? The road is very difficult because the first steps start from our desire, and then our ego makes mistakes until we understand the system of functioning of the law of success. We hardly accept the advice of other people, we mostly do everything ourselves because we think we are smartest. The right knowledge tells us that we should listen much more, and it is best to learn from other people's experiences.
