'Dark Glamour' - Fashion/beauty story I shot as a test on the back of a commercial job I did.
We had an amazing girl called Ellen Burton from Profile models booked for the day and we were done by lunchtime, so it made sense to shoot some more. Whenever you have a bit of time to play around in the studio something awesome happens.
I have this shot framed in my office I love it so much.
Lighting - Beauty dish up high above camera, and filled with two bear heads, one below camera and the other to the right side. I also used a blonde to give a strong constant light, then dropped the shutter speed down so I could get some movement. Then there's an overlay picture in the background. I don't do a lot of overlays in my work, but for this I just did messing around and it and it worked so I kept it.
