Skip Counting By 50s and 100s Worksheets
In this post we will discuss skip counting by 50s and 100s. As per my experience skip counting by 100s is very very important as it is very helpful to understand larger numbers, estimating numbers, estimating sums and mental math addition and subtraction.
Again it is very easy to perform skip counting by 100s when the numbers are multiples of 100s such as 100, 200, 300, 400 or 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500. But I always encourage kids to learn skip counting by 100s when numbers are not multiples of 100s such as 110, 210, 310 and 410 or even 125, 225, 325 and 425.
Also I encourage kids to learn skip counting by 50s as it is as important and can be very helpful to do basic arithmetic operations.
