Today Wacko and his friends are completing their journey up the big Oak tree. What will be in store for them?Let's have a look...
As the sun is coming up over the hills, Wacko, Binki and Lucy wakes up to find a note from Andy. Wacko reads it aloud, "Morning friends! Once you are up and ready to go, meet me outside, I have a surprise for you!"
Excitedly they rushed to get up and ready and packed their things before going outside. Wacko was done first and went outside. "Wow!" he shouted excitedly and Binki and Lucy came running outside.
They couldn't believe their eyes! A whole feast for breakfast!
But, that's not the best part, Andy fired up his hot air balloon to make the rest of their journey comfortable and easier. Wacko and his friends jumped up and down and grabbed Andy around the neck and gave him the biggest hug.
After breakfast, the three friends begged Andy to come with them. "Unfortunately I can't guys, but I will come to visit you in a few days."
They said their goodbye's and off they went. Up, up and up into the clear blue sky. The sights they saw as they got higher than the hedges was something so magnificent. None of them has ever seen such a sight. All the different colours in the sky, blue, orange, pink, white. Then there was the different colours on the ground and everything in between, all different kinds of greens, yellow, pinks and purples. All the colours of the rainbow, the three friends were in total shock.
A few hours later they arrived at the top of the tree, still amazed by the sights of the journey. They found a place to put their things so that they can explore some more.
When they got back after seeing what was around, they were all so tired. Wacko made a fire as it started to get dark and they sat around sharing their memories of the journey they just had.
They looked out over the land they got to see and they couldn't believe all the lights they could see. The three friends dozed off as the flames of the fire was dying.
" What a long and hard journey, full of surprises and meeting new friends. There were times I've wanted to turn back, but I am so glad I didn't. It just proved to me that with hard work and determination, you will be rewarded with something extraordinary!," said Wacko just before he fell asleep.
