WHAT IS A FLAMINGO
The flamingo or flamingoes are a type of wading birds in the family Phoenicopteridae, the only bird family in the order Phoenicopteriformes. According to Wikipedia
REASON WHY THE FLAMINGOS CAN ONLY FEED WITH ITS HEAD UPSIDE DOWN
• The flamingos can only feed with its head upside down because of the structure of its mouth.
• The flamingo’s uses its beak in an upside-side manner. The upper beak functions like the bottom beak of most birds while the lower beak functions like the upper beak of most birds.
NOTE:The beak is the harder parts usually pointed parts that covers a birds mouth. According to Merriam Webster dictionary.
• To enable them use their toungue as a net to get food from the water.
