Steemhomework for the week / Earth day

Happy day for all and even more for educators, this is my contribution to the Steemhomework, proposed by @steemiteducation.

I am not a teacher or a graduate in education, I am just a person who studies and with much effort I graduated more than 28 years ago in an administrative career and I like to reflect sometimes on what little I have learned to contribute to @ educational education.

April 22 is Earth Day. How do I contribute to celebrate Earth Day?

Sunday, April 22

It is my simple opinion, for me every day should be the world day of Mother Earth, since we inhabit it and if as human beings we do not care where we live, then we would stay in our home called Earth.

We are very aware that the Earth and its ecosystems are the home of humanity and only for this simple reason is it necessary to promote harmony with nature and the Earth. This forces us to maintain a balance to create a common awareness about the problems of pollution, the conservation of biodiversity along with another group of environmental problems and concerns to protect our mother earth.

There is good news for everyone and it is that this change depends on the mentality of each of us and it is not necessary to be fair on April 22 that we have to wait to become aware of taking care of our planet and doing a good job. We must provide a favorable change, we must change our way of seeing the planet and not consume excess resources, waste energy or generate unnecessary waste.

We must love the land where we live, since it produces everything to sustain us, it is our environment of life.

Contributions and ideas to help preserve the environment where we live

1- The planting of trees in your community and gardens is a great contribution to help the environment, we all know that trees sequester CO2 emissions, minimizing the effects of global warming.

2- Stop using so much plastic, it is a contribution to the environment, for nobody is a secret that the excessive use of plastic materials, such as bags, bottles that are not recycled end up contaminating the earth, as these go directly to the seas , rivers and lakes and even parks and this becomes a risk to the animal life of our planet.

3- Use the organic waste as fertilizer for the land, there are daily wastes that can be left of those fruits or vegetables that we consume that are of benefit as fertilizer to the land, instead of throwing them in the trash there are ways to convert them into fertilizer and it is what we must do to contribute.

4- Avoid excessive water consumption to water the trees of your garden, you can use the drip irrigation system that is more feasible since you would be spending less and giving better use to water, this fulfills the same function. Micro-irrigation system.

5- Recycle Recycling is one of the easiest ways to combat Global Warming, as we avoid generating more pollution

6- Wear natural clothes of organic production. For example, the benefits of organic cotton are to our health and to the environment because they are grown and grown in fertile fields without pesticides, herbicides and synthetic chemical fertilizers, and are spun and produced without toxic chemicals.

7- Using your car in perfect condition, without a vote of polluting smoke is of great help for the environment, the use of public transport that does not pollute is a great contribution to Mother Earth.

We, as individuals, can make a difference, changing our actions for the environment, we must take all these tips and put them into practice and we will see the very remarkable changes, this helps to keep the land healthy and safe from contamination, it is the future of our children to keep the land safe for the benefit of everyone's health.

HAPPY APRIL 22, WE CELEBRATE TOGETHER THE DAY OF MOTHER EARTH.
