*Being on Steemit I came in with a mind of making money sequel to my lost in ponzi scheme and some other investment, but getting to this great community my orientation change.* ____ Following some dolphin and whales on their post I have been able to learn so well on how to be selfless and stay focused. @stellabelle post has really helped in knowing what to do when talking about **Building your reputation**and this is one of the reason of following her to learn more.

- Do you know that it is not under compulsion of writing long post before its become effective. When your post address some steemian and they comment or upvote you , your reputation will grow and this also make people to start thinking of you.
In order words, the energy you put in creating your post is of almost importance.

You need to ask yourself do the post I upvote become popular? **The more popular the post become, the more it adds to your reputation points says 35-40points but to go higher then you need to produce quality content. it can be comments or your personal blog posts
Whatsoever you do on Steemit is recorded on blockchain. So when disputes emerge, hard copy is safe for a check thereby resolving the issue that may arise.
Get more people on board. Preach the gospel of Steemit to people out there, when they join the community you will be the first they look after and thereby increasing your reputation and you know as people joined it will result in more economic rewards for you also.
