After spending a fair amount of time on Steemit in the past weeks, I also advocated the platform to my family, friends and coworkers. I guess I am doing quite a good job on lobbying for the community because since I mentioned and explained to them a few things I have learned, they almost all signed up and created an account. So I guess I really am telling it forward!
It is great to see that some of them already added great value as well. Sometimes I think all those terms you have to learn are too difficult to explain but my strongsuit has always been simplifying things and explain things in an easy to understanr way.
Just this week some followers are beginning to recognise my investment in the Steem and Steemit knowledge and starting to ask me for advice in some things. That really feels awesome as I obviously see myself as a rookie.
Guess all the time I put into it is paying out and I am glad to be able to already help some new users on here.
