Your posts are being flagged. You're getting downvotes from multiple users, including the bot accounts Cheetah and Steemcleaners. These bots check content that has previously been posted on the web. If you copy too much content that someone else wrote and don't make it your own, people will flag you because it's seen as unfair for you to make money from what other people put time into, especially when many people on Steem struggle to create unique content.
Some of your other posts have been flagged because they came across as spam (not having worthwhile content). This is the case with your post asking people to upvote you. If everyone posted something like that, just imagine that Steem would be filled with content that's not really useful for anyone.
Unfortunately, I think you'll have to build your rep up from scratch. If you are unable to post (I don't know how you posted this then), you may have to earn upvotes through posting good comments on other people's posts in order to increase your reputation instead.
