Achieving this reputation was one of my goals when I created Steemit account . From my point of view, passing the reputation point 60 on Steemit is an important step. Many curators do not read posts with a reputation of less than 60. Not all curators do this, but it seems that 60 reputation equals Steemit with the status of experienced blogger. It was not an easy way, but I'm happy to have arrived here.
I noticed in September that the most rewarded posts were those with a reputation over 60. Well, how does the reputation level rise?
The reputation score depends on the votes you have received in your posts and comments. The higher the reputation of the person who is voting on the post, the higher your reputation will grow. If the person who votes on your post has a reputation equal to yours, your reputation grows much slower.
However, what are the ways we can increase our reputation?
Submit quality content, preferably original articles written by you. It is absolutely necessary to enter at least one image in the article. Quality content can attract votes of members with high reputation.
Write the article in a way to interact with readers. A way to challenge them to answer. Depending on the situation, you can add a sentence like: "What do you think?"
Socialize with the other members of Steemit. Look for areas that attract or understand and interact with other members.
If you have something SBD in your account, promote your posts with upvote bots. Their votes on articles will increase your reputation.
Organize competitions.
The most important thing is how to keep yourself at the current reputation level! Do not forget that plagiarism, spam, trolling are not good. Using these practices will put you at risk of receiving flags that will drastically lower your reputation. If you receive a flag from a whale you can have the surprise to drop a lot as a reputation level. Note that buying Steem or Steem Power does not increase reputation. Only posting, commenting, and curating will increase your reputation.
