Systems connote a set of things working together as parts of a mechanism or an interconnecting network to achieve a goal.
When the Government wants to deliver water to a society, they don’t just start pumping water. They identify a source (this is like your product or service) once that is done, they begin to create a system for delivering Water (value) to every house or street. They underlie pipes in the ground and eventually the pipes resurface with faucets for delivering water to people in the streets or homes. Note that they do not pump water before the system is complete as that would be tantamount to WASTAGE.
Once the system is complete, water is pumped from the source and it reaches the target audience. Deal Done!!
Imagine there was no system for delivering the water (value) to the society. The source would be useless and tedious.
