Bullies are people who take pleasure in inflicting suffering upon others. They are often cowards though, and are the first to call for help when confronted.

We've all seen it:

• The schoolyard bully who runs to the teacher when one of his victims punches back.
• The abusive spouse who calls the cops when the other party defends himself or herself.
• The politician who blames the opposition party when his escapades are brought to light.

And now, this behavior is on full display here on Steemit. We have victim-blaming, ex post facto justification, indignant self-righteous excuses, and open attacks on anyone who tells the truth.

It is time to take a stand. Steemians need to rally now to put a stop to this kind of behavior lest it corrupt and destroy our platform. Look up what @el-mago has flagged here, and what @steemshitlist has flagged here, in order to upvote what the bully is attacking. The truth is plain to see, thanks to Steemit's open ledger. We can rally against this.

Flags from bullies are no source of shame. Remaining silent in the face of such belligerence is, though. And the flags on this post prove its point.
