Laptops overheating - streaming not very great quality. Company very high quality. Video proof enclosed!
Hi Steemit,
Thanks for your patience if you were attempting to watch the stream that we hosted a few hours ago. We ran into some technical difficulties. These mainly being the heat, (an ambient outdoor temperature of 35C, and a overheating laptop, preventing the stream from being encoded very well).
We won't buckle in the precipice of failure.
We've never streamed an event before, from the sleepy town of Adelaide, but I present to you, real life steemians!

This was a great, social event, and I got to speak to almost everyone present, talking about their backgrounds outside of steemit, opportunities for collaboration, and tons of similarities including attendance at the same LAN parties (looking at you @dblstr and @julienghost!)
My Steem mobile was indeed a great way to get people identifying us, as we bought a straggling @alannapendragon into the Adelaide steemit community. Welcome, one and all, it was lovely to see some new faces!
The next meet will be on the 22nd of February, 6PM @ The Jade, again.
