I notice that several users have made posts over a issue here on Steemit, apparently deposited STEEM or STEEM Power which has been exchanged is not transferred to the account. There is also an error message;
Steemit Developers announced that Steem Wallet will be upgraded several days ago, announcement were made by the official blocktrades account at @blocktrades . Note that Blocktrades is the company that does the conversion when your exchanging Bitcoin,Ether & USD to STEEM or STEEM Power
Here is the official Announcement Made;
BlockTrades (https://blocktrades.us) will be upgrading its steem wallet to 0.16 hardfork client tomorrow morning (approximately 9am Eastern Standard Time). Because of the significant nature of the changes made to the new client with regard to the way blocks are stored in shared memory and resulting changes in performance on virtual machines plus the need for a full resync of the blockchain, BlockTrades may not be able to process Steem transactions for several days until we've successfully synced the new wallet.

Tomorrow morning BlockTrades will temporarily shutdown Steem wallet to upgrade for hardfork
We will just have to wait, keep in mind that you can still buy STEEM or STEEM Power at the current rate, it's just that you'll receive your tokens after Steem Wallet is fully synced and updated. If you get this ''unknown_error_sending_output'' error message, you can see check exactly how much STEEM or STEEM Power will be deposited into your account as it will indicate the amount. This can only mean one thing!
