Today I would like to talk about a very useful campaign started by @sykochica. It's called 5 steem tips. The goal is to find steemians who have been working hard and haven't been getting great rewards yet.
What Is A 5 steem Tips Campaign?
Okay, the goal here is to give struggling users 5 steems so that they get encouraged to get engaged in the community. We are mainly looking for newbies who are doing their best but aren't getting much out of their work. Also, some of the steemit users who have been here for a while aren't getting much attention and thereby rewards for their work. In that, we hope we could make it a difference by giving away some steems to those users as a tip.
How It Went For Me ?
I was given a chance to distribute 25 steems to the struggling users by @sykochica. I did try to maintain wide coverage and it took a long time for me. Some steemians I gave 5 steems to were here for a long time and not getting much out of their effort and also some were newbies struggling to get much out of their rewards. I hope I did it very well :)

More About The Project
This project is aimed to give new and struggling users more visibility and some appreciation for their effort. Also, they might get more encouraged to continue to put on their efforts. I thank you all who have donated for this project. These donations makes a lot of difference :)
