The Steem Blockchain was supposedly working, so I sent some STEEM to Binance and they said they never received it. I checked my tx and it is missing and says to contact @roadscape, so I did and have not heard back!

This is unacceptable steemit! Someone tell me how to retrieve these missing STEEM. If they are not sent they should be in my wallet? If anyone else is having this issue, please comment below.
