If a regular PS4 controller with regular 8 buttons not satisfied you enough, then you might consider this (if your finger flexible and fast enough). This controller SCUF company they re-engineered the buttons to a more ergonomics way where actually makes use ALL your fingers to play a console PS4 by using this SCUF Impact.

This controller actually had 4 more “paddles button” where it can be reachable for your 3, 4 & 5 fingers.

Besides of the “paddles” behind, the thumb-sticks is inter-changeable too, it provides different thumbs of grip to suit different people “flavour”, it also can choose different color from black, white, red, blue and green.

Off-course SCUF can either connect using USB cable to secure and tight fit to improve connectivity or connect wirelessly via Bluetooth. The vibration modules of the controller it also can be reduce therefore your hand cane be less fatigue and play longer XD
