I love open source app.

Singal is an app that enables end to end encryption for people making voice calls and sending out instant messaging apps such as the popular Whatsapp and Messenger.

This app is available on iOS and Android devices. For a long time you need to be invited to use the app but now it is made available to public usage. It is now also available on Desktop in a standalone form.

The strength of this app:

the end to end encryption feature
works in Google Chrome browser
it is a widget that works easily on the browser
all you need to do is to add this chat app to your device and register your phone number and QR code
you can now message your contacts securely for free
all the conversation is encrypted from end to end and this is what this great feature shines
Privacy is now ensured
Now you are free to send text, images, videos and audio without worries

The downside of this app is that you cannot collapse the huge contacts and messages that are located on the side. It makes reading difficult when you are on the current conversation.
