Welcome to heaven.

As the Block motto specifies, finding the new house is a tough job. The Block is an apartment hunting application. App asks for your about your apartment preferences(smoking or pet allowed, parking lot etc.) and use this information to find the perfect apartment for you. It's very useful and convenient app if you are looking for a new apartment.

How does it work?

You have to fill out a quick 3-minute quiz, in order for the system to understand what you are looking for and what your expectations are from the apartment. If you have any roommate, you can invite them easily to take the same quiz.
After the quiz phase, the app will create a shortlist which you can see in the picture below. App itself is very user-friendly, you can do searching, sorting etc. It's also very informative as you can see.

You don't have to be afraid of being scammed or incorrect information. If the house you are viewing has a suspicious status, the app will warn you with a simple alert notification.
If you have roommates you can create search party(a group chat that allows you to talk with your roommates and the apartment owner).You and your roommates can get information about the apartment. You can also block the house owner and talk with your roommates privately on the search party. All processes are pretty simple.
