Ever wonder why we have suffering and why we need to be patient and wait on the Lord? On today's series of Victory Santa Rosa "Gospel Demonstrated" they tackled one of the concerns of us waiting patiently.
I went to my favorite spot which is in the middle part of the place of worship wherein there's a few people sitting. 
As the service started the first thing that they have shared is in life there will be trials for sure. I am experiencing trials, they are experiencing trials as well so what's the difference then? The difference would be the way Christians think about what is going on further.
We are always reminded that in every trial that we will face it will never be easy but it is doable. They also tackled about the concept of patiently waiting which some of us are really guilty. The analogy that they give is like when you are going to enroll in your school. It is the last day and knowing us Pinoy's we are always been a fan of doing some stuff when it is near the deadline, the line of people that wants to enroll is from Robinson's Santa Rosa till South Luzon Expressway.
That is the scenario given. Now since you do not have anything to be busy with, you find waiting really frustrating and sometimes our temper is not being controlled. Wherein if you are on that situation and you have something to do, like you are playing an online game or reading a book or even chitchatting with your friend waiting in line is not that frustrating. We need to be joyful in waiting and be positive that in His time when we are ready to receive it then it will surely come.
We really need to have a firm foundation that He will surely bring the desires of your heart in His time. Just like a farmer.
He planted the seeds, water and applied fertilizer everyday he is waiting patiently about the result because he is sure that there will be good results after. He never grumble about anything he just do his job and wait for the right time of harvest. He is reaping the rewards of his hard work just like us.
When we pray and everything is inline with the plans of the Lord for us surely it will come.
Also a good thing that we can think on is we can look back on our previous experiences in life where God demonstrated his goodness on us and showed that He will be with his steadfast love.
God is fixing us, though we suffer we can have an assurance that He is guiding us and there's always a lesson behind everything. He is preparing us for a greater plan and we as his sons and daughters should be joyful while we wait on him. Do not stop praying and continue on seeking on his face because he longs for us too.
