Have you ever been to Japanese bar or Japanese style pub?? Also have you heard this word “Otoshi” before?
Otoshi is a Japanese a little bit strange culture and you may confuse.. In the Japanese bar or pub, the waiter will serve you a small dish, such as beens or salads or maybe something. In japan we call these kind of food “Otoshi”.
Of course, Otoshi is not for free. You have to pay around 300 yen even if you have not ordered. I also feel this system is strange but in Japan, there is no system like charge or tip. So we pay around 300 yen instead of tip.
Don’t be get angry if you had to pay 300 yen more. :) This is Japan.
