The personality of the Holy Spirit is one of the controversial aspects of Christian Theology. Thanks @morakinyo for pointing out some basic facts about Him; first that He is a person and not a feeling or force.
The essence of the Holy Spirit in the live of any believer cannot be overemphasized. We definitely need Him to survive in this turbulent path of following Christ. May we seek the Holy Spirit and may His manifestation and gifts be evident in our lives, IJN, Amen.
