And God made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and cattle after their kind, and every creature that creeps on the earth after its kind. And God saw that it was good.

Our planet has seen one generation pass after another, and has had the ability to resist and continue to sustain life, although today the deterioration of nature and its exploitation has increased, that is why through the children that are our future we can fulfill With our responsibility to "Care for the Creation of God", it is necessary to strengthen the environmental awareness and ecological knowledge of children, to achieve the rational use of resources and sustainable development, valuing everything that our Creator has given us.

"When we talk about the environment, about creation, my thoughts go to the first pages of the Bible, to the Book of Genesis, where it is stated that God put man and woman on earth to cultivate and take care of it" . However, the hand of man has caused much evil to our mother earth:

It is necessary to explain to children that the main problems of the environment are generated by man: garbage, deforestation, forest fires, climate change, global warming, greenhouse effect, illegal mining, desertification, environmental pollution, degradation of biodiversity, of ozone, landscape and urban environment.

The environment must be an increasingly important issue for the society in which we live, but especially for the children who are the responsible generations to maintain and guarantee a planet without pollution.

It can be explained to children to recycle, separate garbage, take care of water, save electricity, plant trees, walk and ride bicycles, produce less waste, you can contribute to have a better planet. The important thing is to explain the value of caring for God's creation, and only if we take care of it can we enjoy our eternal home.

Environmental issues must exist today more than ever in the education of children from an early age, and the main task of parents is to provide this example of making rational and conscious use of natural resources and promoting environmental education that transforms the behavior of all children. children in environmental values ​​to care for God's creation.
